Fendi Retail Facility Specialist

- Manage and control hard and soft services, including technical equipment maintenance and cleaning services.
- Prepare and oversee both planned and extraordinary Facility and Maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to manage budget estimation and cost control for ordinary (opex) and extraordinary activities (capex).
- Coordinate with the Legal department to manage service agreements for maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Work with the Purchasing and Legal departments to prepare periodic specialist tenders for new contract activations.
- Supervise and coordinate handovers for new store openings and closings.
- Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure compliance with Fendi's standards and verify the execution of maintenance activities.
- Participate in the implementation of facility management software, such as Service Channel.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operation department to address network issues and maintain communication between Store Managers, Suppliers, and Operation Managers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations in collaboration with the Health & Safety department.
- Engage in sustainability and environmental impact reduction projects.
- Organize and participate in site audits and service reviews.
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
- Excellent understanding of design drawings and project documentation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective time management and multitasking skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage change and think laterally
- Frequent travel required
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are advantageous

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury retail sector is required.
Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
