Fendi Retail Facility Specialist

1. Manage and control hard and soft services, including technical equipment maintenance and cleaning services.
2. Prepare and oversee both planned and extraordinary Facility and Maintenance activities.
3. Collaborate with the Finance department to manage budget estimation and cost control for ordinary (opex) and extraordinary activities (capex).
4. Coordinate with the Legal department to manage service agreements for maintenance and cleaning activities.
5. Work with the Purchasing and Legal departments to prepare periodic specialist tenders for new contract activations.
6. Supervise and coordinate handovers for new store openings and closings.
7. Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure compliance with Fendi's standards and verify the execution of maintenance activities.
8. Participate in the implementation of facility management software, such as Service Channel.
9. Collaborate with the Retail Operation department to address network issues and maintain communication between Store Managers, Suppliers, and Operation Managers.
10. Ensure compliance with local regulations in collaboration with the Health & Safety department.
11. Engage in sustainability and environmental impact reduction projects.
12. Organize and participate in site audits and service reviews.

1. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
2. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
4. Excellent understanding of design drawings and project documentation
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Effective time management and multitasking skills
7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
8. Ability to manage change and think laterally
9. Frequent travel required
10. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are advantageous
