Fendi Retail Business Analyst Intern

- Assist the Director of Retail Performance in analyzing sales performance for all Fendi stores in the U.S. market.
- Perform diagnostics of existing reporting tools and reports.
- Design future reporting dashboard structures for Client Advisors and Management using Microsoft business intelligence applications.
- Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities by market, store, and product category.
- Propose incentives and contests for sales teams, measure impact, and collect feedback.
- Collaborate with the VP of Retail, US to build and consolidate action plans to drive performance within the retail network.
- Support the VP of Retail, US in preparing presentations for Top Management and Business Reviews.
- Engage in special projects, potentially integrating existing reporting into Power BI dashboards.
- Learn the operational and strategic aspects of a luxury retail network.
- Understand how to measure and improve the performance of a retail network.
- Strengthen analytical skills and learn database construction.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel with VBA skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Beginner level experience is required, suitable for an internship position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
