1. Execute Fendi Americas Retail Training programs across the retail network.
2. Develop training materials aligned with market initiatives and business priorities.
3. Facilitate in-store onboarding for new team members in collaboration with retail management.
4. Collaborate with store and regional management to support business objectives through training.
5. Facilitate training modules to support business goals.
6. Implement seasonal e-learning courses and ensure completion of global initiatives.
7. Mentor store teams to enhance the Fendi client experience.
8. Create and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
9. Participate in Global Retail Training meetings to acquire skills and share updates.
10. Support regional and store-specific initiatives.
11. Manage administrative responsibilities and adhere to budget guidelines.
12. Track and evaluate the impact of regional training activities with the Retail Training Director.

1. Minimum of 5 years in sales, service, or product training, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Experience in retail sales or management.
3. Adult learning qualification is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and content creation.
5. Ability to manage projects independently and work across departments.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
7. Foreign language skills are a plus.
8. Ability to lift up to 10lbs.

$115,000 - $145,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with bonus opportunities.
