Fendi Regional Training Manager

- Execute Fendi Americas Retail Training programs across the retail network.
- Develop training materials aligned with market initiatives and business priorities.
- Facilitate in-store onboarding for new team members in collaboration with retail management.
- Collaborate with store and regional management to support business objectives through training.
- Facilitate training modules to support business goals.
- Implement seasonal e-learning courses and ensure completion of global initiatives.
- Mentor store teams to enhance the Fendi client experience.
- Create and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
- Participate in Global Retail Training meetings to acquire skills and share updates.
- Support regional and store-specific initiatives.
- Manage administrative responsibilities and adhere to budget guidelines.
- Track and evaluate the impact of regional training activities with the Retail Training Director.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, service, or product training, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience in retail sales or management.
- Adult learning qualification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and content creation.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work across departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering sales, service, or product training, preferably within a luxury retail setting.
$115,000 - $145,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with bonus opportunities.
