Fendi Regional Training Manager

- Execute the Fendi Americas Retail Training programs across the retail network.
- Develop training materials aligned with market initiatives and business priorities.
- Facilitate in-store onboarding for new team members in collaboration with retail management.
- Support store and regional management in achieving business objectives through training and daily briefings.
- Collaborate with the broader training team to deliver training modules that support business goals.
- Implement seasonal e-learning courses and ensure completion of global and zone initiatives.
- Mentor store teams to enhance the Fendi client experience.
- Create and implement action plans to achieve store and individual performance goals.
- Participate in Global Retail Training meetings to acquire new skills and share regional updates.
- Support regional and store-specific initiatives as needed.
- Manage administrative responsibilities and adhere to budget guidelines.
- Track and evaluate the impact of regional training activities with the Retail Training Director.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, service, or product training, preferably in luxury retail.
- Experience in retail sales or management.
- Adult learning qualification is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and content creation.
- Ability to lead large-scale projects across multiple locations.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in delivering sales, service, or product training, preferably within a luxury retail setting.
$115,000 - $145,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with additional bonus opportunities.
