Fendi Regional Training Manager

- Ensure the comprehensive execution of Fendi Americas Retail Training programs for the retail workforce.
- Proactively develop training materials tailored to market initiatives, business priorities, and individual needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate in-store onboarding for new team members, collaborating with retail management to ensure effective information delivery.
- Partner with store and regional management to support specific business objectives through daily briefings and learning tools.
- Collaborate with the broader training team to learn and facilitate training modules aligned with business objectives.
- Implement seasonal e-learning courses and monitor the completion of global and zone initiatives.
- Provide mentorship to store teams to enhance the overall Fendi client experience.
- Support the region in creating and implementing action plans to achieve store and individual performance goals.
- Participate in Global Retail Training meetings to acquire new skills and share regional updates.
- Support regional and store-specific initiatives as needed.
- Prioritize administrative responsibilities and ensure adherence to individual budget guidelines.
- Track, supervise, and evaluate the impact of all regional training activities in collaboration with the Retail Training Director.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering sales, service, or product training, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
- Retail sales or management experience.
- Adult learning qualification is a plus.
- Ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for report generation, data analysis, and training content creation.
- Ability to work and manage projects independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a passion for innovation and creativity.
