1. Ensure the comprehensive execution of Fendi Americas Retail Training programs for the retail workforce.
2. Proactively develop training materials tailored to market initiatives, business priorities, and individual needs.
3. Coordinate and facilitate in-store onboarding for new team members, collaborating with retail management to ensure effective information delivery.
4. Partner with store and regional management to support specific business objectives through daily briefings and learning tools.
5. Collaborate with the broader training team to learn and facilitate training modules aligned with business objectives.
6. Implement seasonal e-learning courses and monitor the completion of global and zone initiatives.
7. Provide mentorship to store teams to enhance the overall Fendi client experience.
8. Support the region in creating and implementing action plans to achieve store and individual performance goals.
9. Participate in Global Retail Training meetings to acquire new skills and share regional updates.
10. Support regional and store-specific initiatives as needed.
11. Prioritize administrative responsibilities and ensure adherence to individual budget guidelines.
12. Track, supervise, and evaluate the impact of all regional training activities in collaboration with the Retail Training Director.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering sales, service, or product training, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
2. Retail sales or management experience.
3. Adult learning qualification is a plus.
4. Ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects across multiple locations simultaneously.
5. Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for report generation, data analysis, and training content creation.
6. Ability to work and manage projects independently.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguity.
8. Foreign language skills are a plus.
9. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
