1. Support the recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the European retail network, including job posting and direct search.
2. Coordinate with external partners and ensure all job vacancies are published, providing feedback to candidates.
3. Maintain up-to-date recruitment advancement reports and follow up with business stakeholders on recruitment goals.
4. Manage recruitment for interns and temporary workers, building a future talent pool for Fendi.
5. Contribute to Fendi Europe's employer branding by creating engaging content for school actions and managing interactions with academic partners.
6. Participate in on-campus events to attract top talent and convey Fendi's brand values.
7. Assist in designing and organizing Talent Development Programs, including trainings and coaching sessions.
8. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance Talent Development impact within Europe.

1. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
2. Availability to start in February 2026.
