- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the Korean market.
- Oversee all public relations activities to maximize brand exposure through significant editorial coverage across online and offline media platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key media, celebrities, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Lead the celebrity strategy to amplify brand presence, working closely with brand ambassadors and leveraging global event initiatives.
- Explore new promotional initiatives to increase brand exposure and positioning, identifying new media opportunities and analyzing competitive performance.
- Execute all brand and PR events, including large-scale brand events, product launches, and press presentations.
- Collaborate with the regional team to align work initiatives with brand objectives and ensure synergy.
- Strategize editorial planning in collaboration with retail to maximize press coverage for brand initiatives and product launches.
- Manage the Korea PR budget, ensuring efficient and effective execution of projects within planned budgets.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in in-house fashion communications or fashion PR agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, international relations, PR, or marketing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience in digital and social media PR.
- Proficient in public relations with strong journalistic instincts.
- Proactive, creative, and innovative thinking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for networking.
- Presentable and able to serve as a brand ambassador.
- Established connections with fashion media and relevant networks in Korea.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in in-house fashion communications or a fashion PR agency is required.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, international relations, PR, or marketing.
