1. Support the PR team with sample requests for press, celebrities, and influencers, including internal sample movement requests within UK and international markets.
2. Manage the Fashion GPS Sample Management system for product inventories and database.
3. Assist the PR team with VIP/influencer showroom and in-store appointments, as well as seasonal activations such as show fittings, event dressing, gifting projects, photo shoots, and special projects.
4. Coordinate showroom and event logistics, including press days, in-store events, and pop-up openings, as well as showroom visual merchandising and maintenance.
5. Monitor UK, Netherlands, and Scandinavian print and digital media coverage to support HQ reporting, media analysis, and internal reviews, including social media.
6. Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining magazine/newspaper archives, managing the press database, organizing team travel and expenses, and liaising with shipping vendors, logistics, and suppliers.

1. 1 year of experience in a fashion or luxury environment
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

3. Excellent relationship and team skills
4. Confident, organized, and professional demeanor
5. Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability
6. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry
7. Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus

Beginner level experience in a fashion or luxury environment is required.

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
