- Achieve annual sales and KPI targets for Very Important Clients (VIC) by collaborating with Store Managers, Client Advisors, and the Retail Director.
- Lead the Gaisho Task Force, coordinating with department store associates and organizing national events to cultivate new potential clients.
- Define and implement strategies from the CRM database in collaboration with Retail, Merchandising, and Event teams.
- Manage local VIC consultants, setting annual plans and monitoring progress to meet targets.
- Establish partnerships with external luxury brands to attract new clients, executing initiatives and tracking outcomes.
- Regularly report on initiatives, tracking information and proposing new actions.
- Manage the VIC gift menu strategy in coordination with central VIC and CRM teams, ensuring effective implementation and analysis.
- Coordinate global and local events for VIC engagement.
- Develop and manage budgets for activities, ensuring company profitability.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and CRM.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity.
- Proactive approach with a commitment to achieving results.
- Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Willingness to travel for business and work on weekends/holidays.
