1. Lead and monitor all clienteling activities in Middle East flagship stores and across the regional stores network, adhering to corporate guidelines.
2. Analyze and leverage CRM databases to promote clienteling activities and initiatives at the Middle East level.
3. Organize and optimize Fur Trunk Shows both in-store and in special locations.
4. Manage all clienteling actions around fashion shows in accordance with corporate guidelines.
5. Propose, create, and implement special moments for VIC guests.
6. Reinforce the Roman experience and tradition through the 'Rome is Fendi and Fendi is Rome' project.
7. Review and monitor sales performance periodically, recommending and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Directors.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury retail company.

3. Entrepreneurial skills.
4. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
5. Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment with frequent travel.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury retail company is required.
