1. Support the team with administrative duties, including purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and contracts.
2. Collaborate on logistics tasks such as shipments, visa arrangements, and daily office operations.
3. Assist in organizing fashion shows, including coordinating hotels, transportation, hair and makeup, and other experiential bookings.
4. Aid in the creation of bespoke presentations for various initiatives.
5. Collaborate on data insights, focusing on client and product reports, analysis, and deriving key learnings.
6. Facilitate the sharing of clienteling best practices across different regions.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Fashion, or Business Management.
2. Fluency in Italian and English.
