1. Drive personal sales targets and achieve high-end penetration goals across all product categories while ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Review critical metric targets quarterly and annually, producing a minimum 3+ million-dollar book.
3. Build and maintain a balanced network and client book of high-net-worth clients.
4. Collaborate with Store leaders and Client Relations & Development teams on high-end client retention and development strategies.
5. Seek opportunities to increase personal and team knowledge in all high-end product categories, Fendi history, and competitor information.
6. Mentor store teams in growing their book of high-end clients and support colleagues in elevating the client experience.
7. Collaborate with the Store team to create occasions for top clients to visit boutiques and host events to drive sales and brand dedication.
8. Exercise independent judgment in crafting strategies to build and maintain a book of VICs, identifying preferences, and maintaining regular communication with clients.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in developing authentic and positive client relationships.
3. Confirmed sales track record of at least 3 million dollars with strong penetration of high-end products.
4. Ability to use POS systems and manage inventory functions.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
9. Minimum High School Diploma.
10. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
