- Drive personal sales targets and achieve growth in high-end product penetration across all categories while ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Review critical metric targets quarterly and annually, aiming to produce a minimum 3+ million book.
- Build and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients.
- Collaborate with store leaders and client relations teams on high-end client retention and development strategies.
- Seek opportunities to enhance personal and team knowledge of high-end products, Fendi history, and industry trends.
- Mentor store teams in developing their client books and supporting an elevated client experience.
- Collaborate with the store team to create events for top clients to drive sales and brand dedication.
- Exercise independent judgment in crafting strategies to build and maintain a book of VICs, identifying preferences and maintaining regular communication.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with a preference for luxury retail.
- Proven track record of developing authentic client relationships and anticipating client needs.
- Confirmed sales track record of at least 3 million dollars with strong high-end product penetration.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail, with a proven track record in high-end sales and client relationship development.
Minimum High School Diploma
$23-$27 hourly, dependent on skills and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
