- Develop and maintain an exclusive network of Very Important Clients (VIC).
- Design and organize targeted events and initiatives within the Montaigne Apartment to strengthen relationships with VICs.
- Identify and acquire new VICs through participation in prestigious events and strategic collaborations with luxury establishments.
- Create and coordinate unique and personalized in-store moments focused on recruiting and retaining VICs.
- Collaborate actively with boutiques to optimize the development and growth of the existing client base.
- Ensure the completion of sales and assume full responsibility for the economic results and return on investment related to the Montaigne Apartment's activities.
- Work closely with workshops and corporate teams to ensure the selection and availability of products tailored to the tastes and demands of elite clientele.
- Develop and implement a strategic calendar of activities to maximize the attractiveness and utilization of the Montaigne Apartment.
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the Montaigne Apartment, ensuring excellence in presentation and service.
- Possession of an already developed high-end client network is essential.
- Demonstrated mastery of luxury codes and an ability to interact with a highly demanding clientele.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy, initiative-taking, and a commitment to achieving commercial objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure flawless execution.
A minimum of 10 years of significant experience in the luxury sector, high jewelry, fashion, or luxury hospitality is highly desired.
