- Develop and implement a comprehensive local communication and PR strategy in coordination with the Roma head office.
- Execute PR activities for Women's and Men's collections, Fendi Timepieces, and corporate projects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets.
- Plan and execute press presentations and caravans.
- Promote celebrity endorsements and manage product placement activities.
- Lead and manage the local PR team, including permanent and temporary staff.
- Oversee the invoicing process related to PR activities.
- Develop relationships with local influencers and celebrities to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and execute advertorials and support marketing events involving celebrities and influencers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Team to support product launches with a 360-degree approach.
- Plan and execute PR events both locally and globally.
- University graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a fashion company
- PR experience in luxury fashion brands is essential
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (verbal and written)
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score over 700)
- Strong relationship-building skills with press and media
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion and retail business
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Team player with initiative and creativity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on public relations within luxury fashion brands.
University degree required.
