1. Develop and implement a comprehensive local communication and PR strategy in coordination with the Rome head office.
2. Plan and execute PR activities for women's and men's collections, Fendi Timepieces, and corporate projects.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets and manage press presentations and caravans.
4. Oversee the local communication calendar, ensuring timely distribution of press materials.
5. Maximize media coverage for events and projects, and report on PR-related exposure.
6. Lead the local PR team, supervising three permanent staff and one temporary staff member.
7. Manage invoicing processes related to PR activities.
8. Foster relationships with local influencers and celebrities, planning efficient product placements and gifting strategies.
9. Enhance brand visibility through TV and social media by engaging local celebrities.
10. Plan and execute advertorials and paid editorials.
11. Organize and support PR events both locally and globally, collaborating with marketing and communication teams.

1. University graduate
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a fashion company
3. PR experience in luxury fashion brands is essential
4. Native-level proficiency in Japanese
5. Business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC score over 700)

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
2. Strong relationship-building skills with press
3. In-depth knowledge of the fashion and retail business
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
5. Team player with initiative and creativity

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fashion company, with a focus on PR in luxury fashion brands.

University degree required.
