Fendi Plant Production Senior Manager

- Develop and execute plant operations strategies aligned with business objectives and requirements.

- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- At least 10 years of consolidated experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Excellent knowledge of bags, specifically in industrialization and production.
- Strategic vision and medium- to long-term planning skills.
- Proficiency in production processes, continuous improvement techniques, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills.
Minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the fashion industry, with a focus on production and industrialization processes.
Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
