1. Develop and execute plant operations strategies aligned with business objectives and requirements.
2. Collaborate with departments such as industrialization to anticipate, manage, and resolve pre-production issues.
3. Work with the Quality department to define technical aspects and testing activities, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
4. Lead and manage the internal production department, maintaining consistent performance, quality standards, and operational excellence.
5. Oversee production, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering functions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on lean manufacturing and process innovation.
7. Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

1. Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 10 years of consolidated experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.

1. Excellent knowledge of bags, specifically in industrialization and production.
2. Strategic vision and medium- to long-term planning skills.
3. Proficiency in production processes, continuous improvement techniques, and safety regulations.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and management skills.

Minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the fashion industry, with a focus on production and industrialization processes.
