1. Develop and execute plant operations strategies aligned with business objectives and requirements.
2. Lead and manage the plant site, ensuring consistent performance, quality standards, and operational excellence.
3. Oversee production, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering functions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and process innovation.
5. Ensure compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations across all facilities.
6. Manage the P&L of the plant ensuring financial performance.
7. Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve seamless operations and scalable growth.

1. Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
2. At least 10+ years of consolidated experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.

1. Excellent technical knowledge of bags, from model development to industrialization and production.
2. Strategic vision and medium- to long-term planning skills.
3. Excellent knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement techniques, and safety regulations.
4. Good problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills.

Minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the fashion industry.

Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
