Fendi Operations Manager

- Oversee and manage store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Operate the POS system accurately for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
- Assume the responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.
- Maintain the store facility, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
- Manage financial records, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
- Lead inventory management efforts, including audits and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention to manage risk and security measures.
- Ensure the maintenance and organization of store equipment and materials.

- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with luxury experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in store operations.
- Proficiency in managing schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Intermediate level digital literacy.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
