1. Ensure proper store operations in alignment with established guidelines.
2. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments.
3. Manage and maintain store facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and replacements.
4. Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
5. Organize all back-of-house areas, including stock rooms and maintenance rooms.
6. Serve as liaison between sub-contractors and vendors to verify work standards.
7. Control store expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping.
8. Ensure proper cash, credit card, and check processing procedures are followed.
9. Manage petty cash in accordance with company policy.
10. Facilitate and ensure completion of inventories and cycle counts.
11. Collaborate with the Legal department on risk management, security, and audits.
12. Ensure proper ordering of packaging materials, stationery, and CRM materials.
13. Maintain accurate records of repairs and after-sales service follow-up.
14. Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
15. Ensure all associates adhere to HR and POS policies and procedures.
16. Conduct training for new joiners on back-office procedures.

1. At least 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail back of house.
2. Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

1. Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
2. Strong financial acumen.
3. Proficiency in computer systems.
4. Fluency in English.

Minimum of 5 years in fashion or luxury retail back-of-house operations.
