Fendi Operations Manager

- Manage and maintain the store facility, ensuring cleanliness and repair of fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
- Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
- Ensure organization of back-of-house areas in accordance with company standards.
- Serve as liaison between subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in store operations.
- Operate POS systems for stock transfer, payment processing, and client database management.
- Control store expenses and maintain accurate expense records.
- Ensure proper cash, credit, and check processing procedures.
- Manage inventory accuracy and shrink goals, including cycle counts and audits.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention department on risk management and security.
- Manage and maintain store equipment and systems, including office and retail technology.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and product transfers to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure HR paperwork is processed correctly and train new hires on procedures.
- Supervise store standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the company in meetings with local authorities and manage after-sales service.
- Degree in business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with luxury experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations.
- Ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 5 years in high-volume retail, with at least 3 years in store operations.
Degree in business or related discipline.
