1. Manage and maintain the store facility, ensuring cleanliness and repair of fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
2. Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
3. Ensure organization of back-of-house areas in accordance with company standards.
4. Serve as liaison between subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in store operations.
6. Operate POS systems for stock transfer, payment processing, and client database management.
7. Control store expenses and maintain accurate expense records.
8. Ensure proper cash, credit, and check processing procedures.
9. Manage inventory accuracy and shrink goals, including cycle counts and audits.
10. Collaborate with Loss Prevention department on risk management and security.
11. Manage and maintain store equipment and systems, including office and retail technology.
12. Oversee shipping, receiving, and product transfers to ensure accuracy and integrity.
13. Ensure HR paperwork is processed correctly and train new hires on procedures.
14. Supervise store standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
15. Represent the company in meetings with local authorities and manage after-sales service.

1. Degree in business or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with luxury experience preferred.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations.

1. Ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
4. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 5 years in high-volume retail, with at least 3 years in store operations.

Degree in business or related discipline.
