Fendi Operations Manager

1. Manage and maintain the store facility, including cleaning, repair, and replacement of fixtures and furniture.
2. Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
3. Ensure organization of all back-of-house areas according to company standards.
4. Serve as liaison between sub-contractors and vendors.
5. Ensure store operations comply with company policies.
6. Operate the POS system for stock transfer, payment, and client database input.
7. Control store expenses and maintain accurate records.
8. Ensure proper cash, credit, and check processing procedures.
9. Manage inventory accuracy and shrink goals.
10. Facilitate and complete inventories and cycle counts.
11. Collaborate with the Loss Prevention department on risk management and audits.
12. Manage and maintain store equipment and systems.
13. Oversee shipping, receiving, and processing of shipments.
14. Ensure HR paperwork is processed correctly and timely.
15. Supervise retail performance and implement corrective actions if necessary.

1. Degree holder in business or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in store operations

1. Ability to manage schedules and deadlines
2. Strong organizational and time management skills
3. Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
7. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with luxury experience preferred, and at least 3 years in store operations.
