1. Manage and maintain the store facility, ensuring all cleaning, repair, and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
2. Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
3. Ensure organization of all back-of-house areas in accordance with company standards.
4. Serve as liaison between sub-contractors and vendors.
5. Ensure store operations align with company policies and procedures.
6. Operate the POS system for stock transfer, payment processing, and client database management.
7. Control store expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
8. Ensure compliance with cash, credit, and check processing procedures.
9. Manage inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and complete monthly audits.
10. Collaborate with the Loss Prevention department on risk management and security.
11. Manage and maintain store equipment and systems.
12. Oversee shipping, receiving, and product transfers.
13. Ensure HR paperwork is processed correctly and timely.
14. Train new hires on back-office procedures and POS policies.
15. Supervise store standards and implement corrective actions as necessary.
16. Manage after-sales service and witness stock destruction.

1. Degree in business or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations

1. Strong organizational and time management skills
2. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with at least 3 years in store operations, preferably in the luxury sector.
