Fendi Operations Manager

- Manage and maintain the store facility, ensuring all cleaning, repair, and replacement of damaged fixtures, furniture, and equipment.
- Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
- Ensure organization of all back-of-house areas in accordance with company standards.
- Serve as liaison between sub-contractors and vendors.
- Ensure store operations align with company policies and procedures.
- Operate the POS system for stock transfer, payment processing, and client database management.
- Control store expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Ensure compliance with cash, credit, and check processing procedures.
- Manage inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and complete monthly audits.
- Collaborate with the Loss Prevention department on risk management and security.
- Manage and maintain store equipment and systems.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and product transfers.
- Ensure HR paperwork is processed correctly and timely.
- Train new hires on back-office procedures and POS policies.
- Supervise store standards and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage after-sales service and witness stock destruction.
- Degree in business or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, luxury experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum 5 years of high-volume retail experience, with at least 3 years in store operations, preferably in the luxury sector.
Degree in business or related discipline
