- Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours.
- Rebalance request transfers and manage inventory.
- Coordinate deliveries, packaging, and shipping processes.
- Engage in cross-functional meetings to enhance partnerships.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging.
- Support the selling team with consignment preparations.
- Drive sales by processing charge sends for external Client Advisors.
- Execute daily Omni-Channel tasks including Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store, and BOPIS.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and delivery through various shipping options.
- Minimize incorrect order fulfillment and improve return management.
- Resolve open client cases efficiently.
- Advocate for clients at the warehouse to ensure meticulous execution.
- Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes.
- Adhere to service level standards to fulfill customer experience.
- Review and manage BOPIS aged orders and return products to sales floor as needed.
- Utilize in-store digital clienteling platforms and act as a technical resource.
- Collaborate with leadership to build clienteling lists for promotional events.
- Host virtual appointments to enhance client experiences.
- Complete incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Experience in stock control and selling, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated drive for results.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Digital literacy is required.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or customer experience, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
