- Develop and execute the Accessories assortment strategy for Fendi Americas in collaboration with the Merchandising Director.
- Formulate and communicate long-range and seasonal business strategies across multiple product categories to meet financial goals and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Worldwide Merchandising and Product teams to align strategic development with the Americas market.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment of editorial and marketing strategies with key investments.
- Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure store presentations reflect the merchandising strategy effectively.
- Partner with CRM to devise a clientele strategy to boost sales.
- Enhance the Omnichannel business through collaboration with Digital teams.
- Utilize market expertise to optimize product assortments and investments based on local market needs.
- Analyze selling trends and manage inventory through strategic reorders and transfers.
- Engage with supply chain for inventory management and target stock level establishment.
- Present assortments to senior leadership, ensuring thorough analysis and structured presentation.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders through a consultative approach.
- Generate fiscal reports and business analysis for the category, reacting with strategic inventory transfers as needed.
- Manage merchandise consolidation and transfers.
- Support store management teams and provide general support through regular communication.
- Ensure execution and maintenance of merchandising guidelines and provide training tools to stores.
- Assist with store openings, renovations, and manager meetings.
- Travel to Italy showroom four times a year for seasonal buys.
- 6-7 years of progressive merchandising experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience with in-store executions.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Ability to process information quickly and make sound decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of luxury market needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a preference for candidates with a background in luxury fashion.

Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with a bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package.
