1. Develop and execute the Accessories assortment strategy for Fendi Americas in collaboration with the Merchandising Director.
2. Formulate and communicate long-range and seasonal business strategies across multiple product categories to meet financial goals and customer expectations.
3. Collaborate with Worldwide Merchandising and Product teams to align strategic development with the Americas market.
4. Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to ensure alignment of editorial and marketing strategies with key investments.
5. Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure store presentations reflect the merchandising strategy effectively.
6. Partner with CRM to devise a clientele strategy to boost sales.
7. Enhance the Omnichannel business through collaboration with Digital teams.
8. Utilize market expertise to optimize product assortments and investments based on local market needs.
9. Analyze selling trends and manage inventory through strategic reorders and transfers.
10. Engage with supply chain for inventory management and target stock level establishment.
11. Present assortments to senior leadership, ensuring thorough analysis and structured presentation.
12. Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders through a consultative approach.
13. Generate fiscal reports and business analysis for the category, reacting with strategic inventory transfers as needed.
14. Manage merchandise consolidation and transfers.
15. Support store management teams and provide general support through regular communication.
16. Ensure execution and maintenance of merchandising guidelines and provide training tools to stores.
17. Assist with store openings, renovations, and manager meetings.
18. Travel to Italy showroom four times a year for seasonal buys.

1. 6-7 years of progressive merchandising experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3. Experience with in-store executions.
4. Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
5. Ability to process information quickly and make sound decisions.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Strong understanding of luxury market needs.
8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, with a preference for candidates with a background in luxury fashion.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience, with a bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package.
