- Conduct sales analysis and product research using Power BI to generate insights.
- Perform market research to understand current trends and consumer preferences.
- Research competitors’ merchandising strategies.
- Participate in store stock request fulfillment and manage stock rebalancing.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team on stock allocation.
- Assist in product assortment planning by analyzing past sales and market trends.
- Support collection launch planning, including stock allocation and preparation of launch documents.
- Prepare product assortment mapping and collaborate with the supply chain team on CITES follow-ups.
- Follow up on Leathergoods & Fur MTO Orders with headquarters.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to refine merchandising strategies.
- Conduct surveys or focus groups to understand customer preferences.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing departments.
- Build relationships with other departments and office teams.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Fashion Buying, Merchandising, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Inquisitive nature with attention to detail and ability to perform basic analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for 5-6 months.
Beginner level experience in merchandising or a related field is required.
Pursuing or completed a degree in a related discipline such as Fashion Buying, Merchandising, or Business Management.
