1. Conduct sales analysis and product research using Power BI to generate insights.
2. Perform market research to understand trends and consumer preferences.
3. Research competitors' merchandising strategies.
4. Participate in store stock request fulfillment and manage stock rebalancing.
5. Aid in product assortment planning by analyzing past sales and market trends.
6. Assist in planning and coordinating stock allocation for collection launches.
7. Prepare collection launch documents such as product maps and pricing.
8. Prepare product assortment mapping and collaborate on CITES follow-ups.
9. Follow up on Leathergoods & Fur MTO Orders with headquarters.
10. Gather customer feedback and conduct surveys to refine merchandising strategies.
11. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, CRM, and Marketing departments.
12. Build relationships with other departments and office teams.

1. Undergraduate or graduate pursuing a degree in fashion buying, merchandising, business management, or a related field.
2. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify trends and variances.
3. Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup, pivot tables, and macros.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction.
5. Ability to commit to a full-time schedule for 5-6 months.

Beginner level experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
