1. Support the creation of feedback to headquarters on products, customer behavior, competitors, and business opportunities.
2. Prepare and analyze necessary data for buying sessions.
3. Support the validation of proposed assortment and definition of quantities.
4. Participate in the sales plan definition process by category.
5. Contribute to weekly and monthly reports and other relevant analyses.
6. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Supply Chain Department to maximize launch impact and sell-through.
7. Work closely with the Retail team and all stores to maximize daily sales, providing training and product focus.

1. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous professional experience in a luxury fashion environment is a plus.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
4. Availability to start in March 2025.

2. Strong relational skills and team-working attitude.
3. Strong competences in quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performance.
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); experience with BO and BI preferred.

Beginner level experience in a relevant field, with exposure to the luxury fashion industry considered advantageous.
