3. Oversee merchandise planning processes to maximize Open-to-Buy (OTB) and manage stock allocation efficiently.
4. Collaborate with the finance team to align OTB resources with business needs and performance.
5. Monitor collection performance in collaboration with retail and finance teams throughout the season.
6. Engage with the planning team to optimize product availability across the region, enhancing sell-through rates.
7. Provide retail teams with necessary tools and information to achieve optimal sales performance.

1. Over 10 years of relevant merchandising experience.
2. Strong background in luxury fashion merchandising.
