1. Lead and develop the Men's Department business by cultivating a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the market and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
2. Monitor and achieve department performance through relevant KPIs, analyzing business results and implementing action plans for improvement.
3. Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Leverage clienteling tools to achieve business goals, demonstrating sales leadership and delivering excellent customer service.
5. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed expectations, implementing CRM tools to develop customer loyalty.
6. Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained, maintaining inventory accuracy and aligning visual merchandising with company standards.
7. Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members, motivating them to meet individual and store objectives.
8. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs, delegating responsibilities and translating strategic goals into concrete actions.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within fashion/luxury sales, with exposure to men's product categories.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the fashion/luxury sales sector, particularly with men's product categories.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
