Fendi Licenses, Branded Properties & Hospitality Business Director

- Oversee the Fendi Casa business, ensuring alignment with budget and business plans.
- Review and manage advertising and promotional initiatives for the furniture license.
- Prepare strategic reports for top management, offering insights and recommendations.
- Lead expansion efforts by evaluating new Directly Operated Store (DOS) proposals.
- Ensure brand integrity by monitoring compliance with license agreements.
- Curate and formalize strategies for new company-branded projects, including contract negotiations.
- Manage the development and supervision of new and existing branded projects.
- Develop financial reports, track payments, and participate in audits for company-branded projects.
- Supervise hospitality businesses, ensuring qualitative standards are met.
- Develop and implement global strategies for hospitality, exploring future opportunities.
- Monitor business results and operations, acting as the primary contact for all zones.
- Proven experience (10-15 years) in managing branded properties, licenses, and/or hospitality businesses.
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and operational requirements.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
