The Institut des Métiers d'Excellence LVMH, established in 2014, is a prestigious vocational training program that ensures the transmission of LVMH's artisanal, creative, and sales expertise to new generations. Through partnerships with educational institutions and LVMH Maisons, participants receive comprehensive training, combining academic learning with practical experience within the luxury sector.

1. Participate in a dual training program combining theoretical education and hands-on experience in leather craftsmanship.
2. Learn and assist in the creation of prototypes and the processing of leather goods.
3. Engage in a 900-hour training program, including 500 hours of classroom and laboratory instruction and 400 hours of internship within LVMH Maisons.
4. Attend Master Classes and educational visits to LVMH Maisons, focusing on brand and luxury industry insights.
5. Develop technical language skills in French and English relevant to the luxury leather goods sector.

1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. Possess a secondary school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
3. For non-EU citizens, a valid work permit is required.
4. Reside or be domiciled in a municipality within the Tuscany region.

No prior experience required, but a demonstrated interest in leather craftsmanship is beneficial.
