1. Oversee the entire product development process from prototype to final samples, ensuring alignment with style, merchandising, and production teams.
2. Establish and maintain robust relationships with design teams and suppliers, acting as the primary liaison throughout the development lifecycle.
3. Collaborate with design teams to address fit issues while maintaining cost, quality, and lead times.
4. Cultivate relationships with existing and new suppliers to enhance product development.
5. Engage in research and development for yarn and new manufacturing techniques to drive innovation and cost efficiency.
6. Manage the creation and updating of product data sheets.
7. Provide technical information and support during the industrialization and fine-tuning phases.
8. Coordinate with the Quality Control office to resolve material and model-related issues.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong knowledge of yarn and trim techniques.
3. Proven costing and negotiation skills.
4. Established relationships with suppliers.
5. Excellent understanding of luxury finishings with a keen attention to detail.
6. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
7. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
8. Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.
