1. Support the creation of feedback to headquarters on products, customer behavior, competitors, and business opportunities.
2. Prepare and analyze necessary data for buying sessions.
3. Support the validation of proposed assortment and define quantities.
4. Participate in the sales plan definition process by category.
5. Provide weekly and monthly reports and other relevant analysis.
6. Maintain competency on business and markets by regular presence in stores 20% of the time.
7. Collaborate with the training department to develop category-specific trainings.
8. Monitor stock levels and actively work with the Supply Chain Department to maximize launch impact and sell-through.
9. Work closely with the Retail team and all stores to maximize daily sales, providing targets and product focus.
10. Collaborate with General Managers to drive awareness and develop support tools.

1. 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser in a luxury fashion environment.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); experience with BO, BI preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Retail Merchandiser in a luxury fashion environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
