Fendi Junior Merchandiser

- Support the creation of feedback to headquarters on products, customer behavior, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze necessary data for buying sessions.
- Support the validation of proposed assortment and define quantities.
- Participate in the sales plan definition process by category.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports and other relevant analysis.
- Maintain competency on business and markets by regular presence in stores 20% of the time.
- Collaborate with the training department to develop category-specific trainings.
- Monitor stock levels and actively work with the Supply Chain Department to maximize launch impact and sell-through.
- Work closely with the Retail team and all stores to maximize daily sales, providing targets and product focus.
- Collaborate with General Managers to drive awareness and develop support tools.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser in a luxury fashion environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of the main market players and a strong sense of fashion.
- Ability to understand current market trends and buying strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Adaptability and flexibility to overcome challenges.
- Strong relational skills and teamwork attitude.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong competences in quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel); experience with BO, BI preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Retail Merchandiser in a luxury fashion environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field.
