3. Ensure designs are accurately represented and production-ready, leveraging technical expertise in SLG construction and manufacturing.
4. Collaborate with product development teams to meet cost and margin targets while maintaining aesthetic standards.
5. Engage actively with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners, participating in meetings and coordinating activities related to collection development.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience as an SLG or Leather Goods Designer within the luxury industry.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and excellent hand sketching skills.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.
