Junior Designer, Women's Accessories

1. Support the development of new collections from creative inputs, including researching seasonal trends and exploring new material options.
2. Provide technical graphic design support using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to refine material elements, create color variations, and produce digital placements and renderings.
3. Ensure designs are accurately represented and ready for production with technical expertise in SLG construction and manufacturing.
4. Collaborate with product development teams to meet cost and margin targets while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
5. Engage with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners with a positive attitude and confidence, participating in meetings and coordinating activities related to collection development.

1. 1-2 years of relevant working experience as an SLG or Leathergoods Designer within the luxury industry.
2. Good knowledge of SLG construction and LG materials.

1. Proficiency in using Adobe Suite and excellent hand sketching skills.
2. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, detail-oriented, manage multiple projects at any time.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Proactive attitude towards continuous search on latest trends and an eye for cool and niche ideas.
5. Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
