3. Ensure designs are accurately represented and ready for production, leveraging knowledge of leathergoods construction and manufacturing.
4. Collaborate with product development teams to meet cost and margin targets while maintaining aesthetic appeal and environmental sustainability.
5. Engage actively with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners with a positive and confident attitude. Participate in meetings and assist in coordinating activities related to the collection's development.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Leathergoods Designer within the luxury industry.
2. Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and a good command of English.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and excellent hand sketching skills.
2. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Proactive in researching the latest trends and identifying cool, niche ideas.

1-2 years of relevant experience as a Leathergoods Designer within the luxury industry.
