1. Support and execute strategies for creating modern digital workplaces that integrate collaborative tools, communication platforms, and user-friendly technologies.
2. Identify and implement emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the digital workplace environment and support organizational goals, including sustainable IT practices.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital workplace initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
4. Continuously assess and enhance the user experience through usability testing, feedback mechanisms, and user training programs.
5. Lead and support workplace technologies across corporate offices and boutiques, ensuring alignment with Brand and Group standards.
6. Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
7. Support tailored, premium service to VIP and executive users.
8. Collaborate closely with central Group IS&T teams to adopt global guidelines, architecture principles, and governance frameworks.
9. Ensure local implementation of Group-wide workplace strategies, standards, and lifecycle management programs.
10. Participate in Group-driven projects, contributing local insights and ensuring proper deployment and adoption.
11. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee end-to-end service consistency.
12. Support reporting activities and contribute to Group-wide KPIs, SLAs, and service performance tracking.
13. Lead or contribute to Digital Workplace initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency across the Group.
14. Drive local rollout of new workplace tools and technologies in alignment with global roadmaps.
15. Identify improvement opportunities and provide structured feedback to central IS&T team.
16. Manage local vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to Brand and Group service standards.
17. Oversee the full lifecycle of devices in accordance with Brand and Group policies.
18. Guarantee compliance with Group cybersecurity policies and ensure secure configuration of all endpoints.
19. Support audits, risk assessments, and adoption of Group-wide security initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Apple) are a plus.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Workplace, end-user computing, or IT support roles.

1. Advanced expertise with Windows environments; macOS proficiency is highly desirable.
2. Strong mastery of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager).
3. Strong experience with MDM/EMM tools, preferred Workspace ONE.
4. Knowledge of corporate networks (VPN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory).
5. Familiarity with videoconferencing and meeting-room technologies used in luxury corporate settings.
6. Solid understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks.
7. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to simplify complexity.
8. Strong communication skills to bridge technical and end-user stakeholders.
9. Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
10. Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
