Fendi IS&T Workplace Operations Specialist

- Support and execute strategies for creating modern digital workplaces that integrate collaborative tools, communication platforms, and user-friendly technologies.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies and best practices to enhance the digital workplace environment and support organizational goals, including sustainable IT practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital workplace initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
- Continuously assess and enhance the user experience through usability testing, feedback mechanisms, and user training programs.
- Lead and support workplace technologies across corporate offices and boutiques, ensuring alignment with Brand and Group standards.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.
- Support tailored, premium service to VIP and executive users.
- Collaborate closely with central Group IS&T teams to adopt global guidelines, architecture principles, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure local implementation of Group-wide workplace strategies, standards, and lifecycle management programs.
- Participate in Group-driven projects, contributing local insights and ensuring proper deployment and adoption.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee end-to-end service consistency.
- Support reporting activities and contribute to Group-wide KPIs, SLAs, and service performance tracking.
- Lead or contribute to Digital Workplace initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency across the Group.
- Drive local rollout of new workplace tools and technologies in alignment with global roadmaps.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide structured feedback to central IS&T team.
- Manage local vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to Brand and Group service standards.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of devices in accordance with Brand and Group policies.
- Guarantee compliance with Group cybersecurity policies and ensure secure configuration of all endpoints.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and adoption of Group-wide security initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Apple) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Workplace, end-user computing, or IT support roles.
- Advanced expertise with Windows environments; macOS proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong mastery of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Endpoint Manager).
- Strong experience with MDM/EMM tools, preferred Workspace ONE.
- Knowledge of corporate networks (VPN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory).
- Familiarity with videoconferencing and meeting-room technologies used in luxury corporate settings.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security and compliance frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to simplify complexity.
- Strong communication skills to bridge technical and end-user stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Digital Workplace, end-user computing, or IT support roles.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or related fields.
