Fendi IS&T Applications Life Cycle Specialist

- Ensure reliable and efficient production operations by maintaining and supervising IS&T procedures on corporate ERP and WMS systems.
- Provide support to end users through constant interaction, sharing knowledge on procedures, and addressing support requests.
- Coordinate with external partners to manage service desk and application support.
- Collaborate with the Production team to propose or evaluate continuous improvements in daily operations and manage increasing volumes and new business models.
- Work closely with IS&T teams responsible for Industrial operations to support an integrated approach to system application solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by standardizing and enhancing system reliability, performance, and security in collaboration with the Infrastructure and Tech Unit.
- University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an internationally complex environment.
- Knowledge of Stealth 3000 ERP and LOGIMODA WMS systems.
- Proven experience in main production process operations.
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within an internationally complex environment.
University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
