2. Ensure all job vacancies are published and provide feedback to candidates, either directly or through company tools and partners.
3. Maintain close follow-up with business stakeholders on recruitment goals and progress, ensuring recruitment advancement reports are current.
4. Manage recruitment for interns and temporary workers, aiming to build a future talent pool for Fendi and address open positions.
5. Contribute to Fendi Europe's employer branding strategy by creating engaging content for school actions, managing interactions with academic partners, and participating in campus events.
6. Attract top Next Generation Talents, conveying Fendi’s inspiration and passion, and engaging with business partners to share excellence.
7. Assist the HR team in designing, organizing, and implementing Talent Development Programs, including trainings, coaching sessions, annual seminars, and special events.
8. Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance the impact of Talent Development within the European scope.

1. Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
