Fendi Internship in Recruiting and Talent Development

- Support the recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the European retail network, including job posting, direct search, and coordination with external partners.
- Ensure all job vacancies are published and provide feedback to candidates either directly or through company tools and partners.
- Maintain close communication with business stakeholders on recruitment goals and progress, ensuring recruitment advancement reports are current.
- Manage recruitment for interns and temporary workers, building a robust talent pool for Fendi's future needs.
- Contribute to Fendi Europe's employer branding by creating engaging content for school actions, managing interactions with academic partners, and participating in campus events.
- Assist in attracting top Next Generation Talents, conveying Fendi's inspiration and passion, and sharing excellence in all job aspects.
- Support the HR team in designing, organizing, and implementing Talent Development Programs, including trainings, coaching sessions, seminars, and special events.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives to enhance the impact of Talent Development within Europe.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
- Availability to start in March.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Beginner level experience in a relevant field.
