Fendi Intellectual Property Senior Specialist

1. Manage and coordinate trademark, design, copyright, and patent infringements as well as cybersquatting worldwide disputes and litigations.
2. Implement global brand protection programs online and offline in cooperation with LVMH and local Fendi organizations.
3. Deliver anti-counterfeiting solutions, including online-to-offline connections and customs training.
4. Contribute to the definition of policies and strategies in the intellectual property area, such as trainings and procedures.
5. Engage in IP diplomacy activities and maintain relations with associations and authorities.
6. Work on IP-related contracts, leading the legal aspects of relevant projects, including collaboration initiatives with other brands.
7. Manage the budget related to intellectual property activities.

1. At least 7 to 10 years of experience in IP matters, with familiarity in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting.
2. Previous experience in an in-house international company or a top legal firm on IP matters.
3. Background in the luxury or fashion field is a plus.

1. Proficient spoken and written Italian and English.
2. French knowledge is a plus.
3. Experience in drafting contracts for talents, ambassadors, licenses, and co-branding projects.
4. Passion, teamwork ability, flexibility, and strong organizational capability.

Minimum 5 years of experience in intellectual property matters.
