1. Manage and coordinate trademark, design, copyright, and patent infringement disputes and litigations globally, including cybersquatting issues.
2. Implement worldwide brand protection programs both online and offline in collaboration with LVMH and local Fendi entities.
3. Deliver anti-counterfeiting solutions, including online-to-offline connections and customs training.
4. Contribute to the development of policies and strategies in the intellectual property domain, including training and procedural guidelines.
5. Engage in IP diplomacy, fostering relationships with associations and authorities.
6. Lead legal aspects of IP-related contracts and projects, such as collaborations with other brands.
7. Oversee budget management related to intellectual property activities.

1. At least 7 to 10 years of experience in intellectual property matters, with a strong focus on brand protection and anti-counterfeiting.
2. Previous experience in an international company or top legal firm specializing in IP matters; experience in the luxury or fashion sector is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

1. Experience in drafting contracts for talents, ambassadors, licenses, and co-branding projects.
2. Passion for intellectual property law and brand protection.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Flexibility and strong organizational skills.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in intellectual property matters, particularly in brand protection and anti-counterfeiting.
