Fendi Industrial Risk Audit Senior Specialist

- Lead and enhance the Risk & Audit Practice within the Fendi Industrial division.
- Support the continuous improvement of Fendi's practices, processes, and supply chain maturity, with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders and top management.
- Create value during audits by assisting business partners in understanding and implementing improvements.
- Perform quality reviews and co-audits to ensure delivery of the highest standards and refine methodologies as needed.
- Coordinate with Industrial teams and External Audit Firms to engage suppliers in elevating their ESG compliance capacity.
- Analyze risks and current processes in coordination with the Industrial Risk Management committee to propose monitoring strategies and action plans.
- Conduct on-site production checks of work orders for the industrial division.
- Collaborate with colleagues from sister brands within LVMH to develop synergies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in a similar role (at least 4-5 years) within a company or consulting firm, with a solid understanding of external production ESG compliance risks.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and programming skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
