Fendi Industrial Risk Audit Senior Specialist

1. Lead and enhance the Risk & Audit Practice within the Fendi Industrial division.
2. Support the continuous improvement of Fendi's practices, processes, and supply chain maturity, with a focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
3. Provide regular updates and reports to key stakeholders and top management.
4. Create value during audits by assisting business partners in understanding and implementing improvements.
5. Perform quality reviews and co-audits to ensure delivery of the highest standards and refine methodologies as needed.
6. Coordinate with Industrial teams and External Audit Firms to engage suppliers in elevating their ESG compliance capacity.
7. Analyze risks and current processes in coordination with the Industrial Risk Management committee to propose monitoring strategies and action plans.
8. Conduct on-site production checks of work orders for the industrial division.
9. Collaborate with colleagues from sister brands within LVMH to develop synergies.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
2. Prior experience in a similar role (at least 4-5 years) within a company or consulting firm, with a solid understanding of external production ESG compliance risks.

1. Strong knowledge of MS Office; proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI is a plus.
2. Excellent analytical skills.

5. Ability to work effectively in a team.
6. High level of accuracy.
7. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
