Fendi Industrial Controller

- Conduct monthly and annual financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting in alignment with company deadlines.
- Monitor production and sample costs, plant operating expenses (Opex), capital expenditures (Capex), production variances, and margin evolution.
- Provide financial insights to support industrial plant processes, collaborating with costing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments.
- Participate in pricing sessions prior to buying campaigns.
- Monitor raw material stock levels and manage related depreciation.
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of IT tools for controlling.
- Degree in Economics and Business, Finance, or Management Engineering, ideally with a specialization in corporate finance or controlling.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to "roll up sleeves".
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to interact with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Planning Systems (MRP), with STEALTH 3000 being a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Degree in Economics and Business, Finance, or Management Engineering.
