1. Conduct monthly and annual financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting in alignment with company deadlines.
2. Monitor production and sample costs, plant operating expenses (Opex), capital expenditures (Capex), production variances, and margin evolution.
3. Provide financial insights to support industrial plant processes, collaborating with costing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments.
4. Participate in pricing sessions prior to buying campaigns.
5. Monitor raw material stock levels and manage related depreciation.
6. Collaborate in the development and maintenance of IT tools for controlling.

1. Degree in Economics and Business, Finance, or Management Engineering, ideally with a specialization in corporate finance or controlling.
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry.

1. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
3. Hands-on approach with the ability to "roll up sleeves".
4. Strong communication skills and flexibility to interact with stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Excel.
6. Knowledge of Planning Systems (MRP), with STEALTH 3000 being a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Degree in Economics and Business, Finance, or Management Engineering.
