1. Collaborate with the product team to monitor development costs and set budgets by collection with regular updates.
2. Oversee the production process, including sourcing materials, selecting manufacturers, and managing timelines.
3. Monitor production costs and optimize efficiency to reduce waste.
4. Participate in pricing sessions to ensure margin targets are met for each collection.
5. Develop and manage budgets for product development and production.
6. Prepare and present financial results to top management.
7. Cooperate to build and monitor the Maison Consolidated P&L.
8. Provide business explanations related to margin rates and their evolution.
9. Conduct cost control and KPI monitoring with a focus on production costs and industrial efficiency.
10. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
11. Monitor stock control for raw materials and finished products.
12. Collaborate on special projects such as product upcycling and new product category launches.
13. Support IT in relevant analysis and enhancement projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
2. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
3. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial control, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Anaplan; knowledge of Stealth 3000 is a plus.
2. Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Italian is advantageous.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial control, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
