Fendi Industrial and Product Control Manager

- Collaborate with the product team to monitor development costs and set budgets by collection with regular updates.
- Oversee the production process, including sourcing materials, selecting manufacturers, and managing timelines.
- Monitor production costs and optimize efficiency to reduce waste.
- Participate in pricing sessions to ensure margin targets are met for each collection.
- Develop and manage budgets for product development and production.
- Prepare and present financial results to top management.
- Cooperate to build and monitor the Maison Consolidated P&L.
- Provide business explanations related to margin rates and their evolution.
- Conduct cost control and KPI monitoring with a focus on production costs and industrial efficiency.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor stock control for raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate on special projects such as product upcycling and new product category launches.
- Support IT in relevant analysis and enhancement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial control, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Anaplan; knowledge of Stealth 3000 is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Italian is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial control, with a preference for experience in the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
