1. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring financial control from concept to production.
2. Collaborate with the product team to monitor development costs and set budgets by collection.
3. Manage production processes, including sourcing materials, selecting manufacturers, and optimizing timelines.
4. Participate in pricing sessions to ensure margin targets are met for each collection.
5. Develop and manage budgets for product development and production.
6. Prepare and present financial results to top management.
7. Provide business explanations related to margin rates and their evolution.
8. Monitor production costs and industrial efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
9. Work on special projects such as product upcycling and new product category launches.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial control, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
3. Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Anaplan.
4. Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
