Fendi Industrial and Product Control Manager

- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring financial control from concept to production.
- Collaborate with the product team to monitor development costs and set budgets by collection.
- Manage production processes, including sourcing materials, selecting manufacturers, and optimizing timelines.
- Participate in pricing sessions to ensure margin targets are met for each collection.
- Develop and manage budgets for product development and production.
- Prepare and present financial results to top management.
- Provide business explanations related to margin rates and their evolution.
- Monitor production costs and industrial efficiency, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Work on special projects such as product upcycling and new product category launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial control, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Anaplan.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
