1. Set up institutional windows and execute in-store visual merchandising changes and installations.
2. Implement corporate visual merchandising strategies and directives.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager, Country Visual Merchandising Manager, and Store Planning to optimize visual merchandising rotations and store layouts to enhance sales.
4. Ensure impeccable product displays throughout the store at all times.
5. Prepare bi-monthly window and visual merchandising photo reports, including SKU details.
6. Periodically align visual merchandising efforts with sales performance.
7. Ensure best-selling products are prominently displayed.
8. Monitor the condition of props and report any damages to the Store Manager or Visual Merchandising team.
9. Maintain prop inventory and communicate new arrivals to the team.
10. Disseminate visual merchandising guidelines to sales associates.
11. Participate in seasonal visual merchandising training and assist the Visual Merchandising Team as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail setting within an international environment.
2. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
5. Goal-oriented with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
6. Fluency in English.
