Fendi In-Store Operations Manager

- Ensure proper store operations according to guidelines.
- Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments.
- Manage and maintain store facilities, including cleaning, repair, and replacement of fixtures and furniture.
- Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
- Ensure organization of all back-of-house areas, including stock rooms and maintenance rooms.
- Serve as liaison between subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards.
- Control store expenses and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure proper procedures for cash, credit card, and check processing.
- Manage and facilitate completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the Legal department on risk, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits.
- Ensure proper ordering of packaging materials, stationery, and CRM materials.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and after-sales service follow-up.
- Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
- Ensure associates are aware of and comply with HR policies.
- Train new joiners on back-office procedures, including POS and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with POS policies and procedures.
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail back of house.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Administration and financial skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, CRM, and retail tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to implement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail back of house.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
