Fendi In-Store Operations Manager

- Ensure proper store operations in alignment with established guidelines.
- Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments.
- Manage and maintain store facilities, including cleaning and repair of fixtures and furniture.
- Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
- Organize back-of-house areas, stock rooms, and maintenance rooms.
- Serve as liaison with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure work standards.
- Control store expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.
- Manage petty cash in accordance with company policies.
- Facilitate and ensure completion of inventories and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the Legal department on risk management and security.
- Order and manage packaging materials, stationery, and CRM materials.
- Maintain records of repairs and oversee after-sales service follow-up.
- Oversee processing of shipments, transfers, and consignments.
- Ensure associates comply with HR policies and procedures.
- Train new joiners on back-office procedures and POS systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion/luxury retail back-of-house operations.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in administration and financial management.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office suite, CRM, and retail tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
- Results-driven with the ability to implement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
- Organizational and project management expertise.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in fashion or luxury retail back-of-house operations is required.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred.
