Fendi In-Store Marketing Manager

- Monitor boutique-level business performance to derive insights for growth through ad hoc retail analysis and regular reporting.
- Manage budgets and targets for specific retail initiatives.
- Assess, develop, and promote the usage of current and new methodologies and tools, maintaining an omnichannel approach to ensure consistent delivery on key retail KPIs.
- Liaise with the Europe Retail Operations team to support the store in meeting deadlines.
- Develop in-boutique and out-of-boutique clienteling animations in line with company guidelines and business goals.
- Initiate, lead, and monitor all marketing activities, including CRM, clientele, events, and digital, according to Corporate and Regional guidelines.
- Ensure excellent usage of CRM tools in-store and follow up with client advisors to ensure target completion.
- Advise and coach store teams on the implementation of clientele guidelines and initiatives.
- Build a network of partners, contacts, and suppliers to achieve targeted results efficiently and uphold high company standards.
- At least 7 years of experience in a retail company within an international environment; experience in luxury fashion is a plus.
- MBA or Degree in luxury program, marketing, or business-related subjects.
- Understanding of retail traffic drivers and retail analytics.
- Ability to review data, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with high attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Passion and curiosity about luxury fashion industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and BI programs.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
MBA or Degree in luxury program, marketing, or business-related subjects.
