Fendi Human Resources Intern

1. Assist in the onboarding process by preparing welcome packets, setting up new employee profiles, and facilitating initial orientation activities.
2. Accurately input, update, and manage employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
3. Support internal communications by drafting and distributing organizational announcements.
4. Manage the HR department email inbox, prioritizing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
5. Run basic HR reports, such as headcount reports and attendance summaries, under the guidance of the HR Manager.
6. Assist in administering annual compliance trainings.
7. Aid in the performance management process communications.
8. Conduct research on current HR trends, industry best practices, and labor laws to support departmental projects.
9. Organize, file, and retrieve HR documents, both physical and digital, in accordance with company policies.
10. Support projects related to training, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
11. Coordinate employee engagement activities.

1. Availability to work in the New York City office Monday-Friday: 9-6pm
2. Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
6. Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry
7. Interest in talent development and employee engagement is a plus
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
9. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus

Beginner level experience, ideally with previous internship experience in a related field.
