Fendi Human Resources Intern

- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing welcome packets, setting up new employee profiles, and facilitating initial orientation activities.
- Accurately input, update, and manage employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support internal communications by drafting and distributing organizational announcements.
- Manage the HR department email inbox, prioritizing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Run basic HR reports, such as headcount reports and attendance summaries, under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Assist in administering annual compliance trainings.
- Aid in the performance management process communications.
- Conduct research on current HR trends, industry best practices, and labor laws to support departmental projects.
- Organize, file, and retrieve HR documents, both physical and digital, in accordance with company policies.
- Support projects related to training, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Availability to work in the New York City office Monday-Friday: 9-6pm
- Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Passion for Fendi and the luxury industry
- Interest in talent development and employee engagement is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Beginner level experience, ideally with previous internship experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
